Evan M. Vogini, Associate

Mr. Vogini entered the practice of law to become a zealous advocate for those in need of criminal defense.  He has been with Farrell & Reisinger, LLC since he interned with the firm during law school and learned the ins and outs of litigation and criminal law.  As an intern, Mr. Vogini assisted the attorneys in the Penn State perjury defense, sports law arbitrations, criminal defense litigation, as well as conducted various legal research in many areas of the law.  His practice today includes a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation such as criminal defense, labor and employment law for the public education sector, and white collar crimes including fraud, theft, and embezzlement. 

Mr. Vogini previously served as a volunteer law clerk to the Honorable Judge Nora Barry Fischer in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  While gaining a deep understanding of federal civil procedure, Mr. Vogini gained valuable insight as to what makes a strong advocate for one's client in the eyes of a judge.  During law school, Mr. Vogini participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic which provides legal assistance, counseling, and representation to nonprofit groups and organizations committed to effecting change in Greater Pittsburgh communities.  He won a Certificate of Distinction for his work within the clinic. 

Mr. Vogini received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.  He received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University. 

He is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
